Spoke to you today and would like to do the Theraputic Yoga. It sounds like something that will be less stress on my body then working out. Thank you for taking the time today to speak with me. I would love to attend the April 3rd class from 11:00 – 12:15. Hope you will have enough people to make this class happen. I met Amy today for the first time. . Only my 3rd time trying yoga . . I’ve been nursing a sore/stiff neck for about 5 or 6 days. Rubbing & stretching . . After my ONE session with Amy today my neck is well on the way to “don’t hurt no more” . . Thank You Amy . I will surely be seeing you again . . Ray . .
