Crystal Bowl Meditation with Annette
Pre-Registration required $25 prepaid/430 that evening if space allows
Sound healing is a form of meditation that is performed in a group where you lay on the mat, supported by props and let the sound transport you to another place.
Sound healing has many benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, improve circulation, deepens relaxation, increase mental & emotional clarity. Vibrational sound healing can be traced back from present day trends to many ancient civilizations including India, Africa, Europe, and the Orient. The idea is to restore balance to the chakra system and clearing the blocked energy within ourselves. Sound healing is similar to reiki healing; It is a form of energy healing that allows your body to self-regulate and self heal.
Let the sounds vibrate through you to feel the power of self preservation and healing.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket (optional) and arrive 15 minutes early. Complimentary tea will be served.
$25 per person in advance/$30 that evening if space allows. Limited to 10 participants. Contact Amy to sign up.
Crystal Singing Bowls Played by Annette: Certified in 2015 in Sound Healing at Sage Center for the Healing Arts, Woodstock NY. Anette started her sound healing journey in 2012, after not feeling well for 9 years prior. Annette healed herself through sound when doctors were unable to help her. Her body went back into balance and it became her passion. Since she wanted to help others, she trained and became certified in Sound Healing/Therapy in 2015.

Co-Creating Your Life – A Vision Board Workshop
“Everyone has a spirit that can be refined, a body that can be trained in some manner, a suitable path to follow. You are here to realize your inner divinity and manifest your innate enlightenment.”
Enlightenment happens, not in some far away distant esoteric place, but in the everydayness of life. Enlightenment is an appropriate response to your inner callings and a willingness to act from your highest, intuitive self. A Vision Board is a collection of images, words, affirmations or drawings that serve as a spirit-led guide for discovering and acknowledging what your soul is yearning for. The universe wants to support your efforts to live a life filled with joy, abundance, adventure and purpose. It is within the effort of creatingthe Vision that brings clarity as well as focus to your intentions so you can begin to live your life by your own design, free of fear based judgments or cultural pressures.
With the year coming to a close, this is the perfect time to reflect, let go and have fun exploring your inner desires creating a visual reminder of the things that excite, endear and provoke you to live an inspired life!
This workshop will consist of a centering meditation, a simple writing exercise and choosing images and pasting them on a piece of oak tag. Each participant is asked to bring 3 to 5 magazines of random genres to be cut up and shared, a picture of yourself that projects joy and happiness, and a small journal or notebook. All other supplies will be provided.

Co-Creating Your Life – A Vision Board Workshop
Thursday, January 22nd 7-9pm
It is within the effort of creating the Vision that brings clarity as well as focus to your intentions so you can begin to live your life by your own design, free of fear based judgments or cultural pressures.

The New Year is a great time to open your mind to more than traditional New Year’s resolutions, to have fun exploring your inner desires and create a fun reminder of the things that excite, endear and provoke you to live an inspired life!
