Yoga this Week – October 26, 2014

The goal is not to tie ourselves in knots …

we’re already tied in knots.
The aim is to untie the knots in our hearts.
The aim is to unite with the ultimate, loving, and peaceful power in the universe.”

– Max Strom

Yoga helps us to “untie the knots” not only in our overworked, overstressed bodies but also in the parts of our hearts that we seemed to have closed.  Focus your attention on this “ultimate, loving and  peaceful power in the universe” and let it calm, soothe and give you the courage and strength to untie, unwind and open up the flood gates of your hearts.  When the heart chakra is open and free, we have the ability to love and be loved, unconditionally,  and there is absolutely no greater force than that in this world or beyond.

  1. I’m impressed, I must say. Rarely ddo I encounter a blog that’s both educative and engaging,
and without a doubt, you’ve hit the nail on the head.
The problem is an issue that noot enough people are speaking intelligently about.
I am very hawppy I stumbled acdoss this during my
    search for something concerning this.
