Private Sessions

Private sessions consist of a clarifying phone call (at no charge) to discuss your goals, impediments towards your goals and how yoga can assist you in achieving your goals.  During this phone call we will determine what is best for you.

  Private Sessions can be a combination of any one or more of the following services:

Breath Work

Yoga Postures and Alignment Refinement

Guided Meditation

Essential Oil Aromatherapy

Reiki Energy Healing

Sound Healing utilizing singing bowls, mantra and music

Restorative Yoga

Private Sessions at my location are priced as follows: 

$60 for 40 minutes

$85 for 60 minutes

 $100 for 75 minutes

 Private lessons can be shared for an additional $20 per person per session.   For private lessons at your location contact Amy for pricing.
