Yoga this Week – August 27, 2017

Everywhere I go I seem to find beauty that inspires me and reminds me that, like this river, we never stop flowing, growing and moving towards the source that sustains us, delivers us and ultimately claims us to call us home

  1. Hi, Amy. I hope that dropping your son off at school went well, if a little sad. It’s so ironic that all the love and tending, encouragement and discipline, fun and play, that we pour into our kids has as its aim letting them go. Go out into the world as separate people, good people, caring people who will touch others and do what they are meant to do here. We should always be proud in our sadness that we’ve done such a great job and made such wonderful, accomplished, compassionate beings. And don’t worry – they will be home every once in a while to eat you out of house and home!!

I’m going to AZ tomorrow for a week and will see you on Friday, Sept. 8.

    Namaste

    Vivian
