Yoga this Week-August 25, 2019

**Broadway Beach Yoga Begins at 640pm Wednesday**
“The very heart of yoga practice is ‘abyhasa’ – steady effort in the direction you want to go.”

Sally Kempton

Ask yourself the question:  What is the direction I want to go?  This takes contemplative thought, patience, and  eventually, action.  If you would like to be more giving, create steady effort to give whatever or wherever you can.  If you would like to create a healthier lifestyle, start with steady effort in small but lasting ways. If you want to work on letting go of judgments or negativity,  make the effort to remain present with clarity in crucial moments.   Whatever your direction your headed in, anything meaningful and lasting requires Abyh”asa”, steady effort.  Abyhasa does not ask or concern itself with results or rewards, only with the steady effort it takes to go in the direction you want to go.
