Saturday Morning is our annual Yoga and Kayaking adventure putting in at the Port Jefferson Harbor. We shove off shore at 8:30am and will return by 12:15pm! Its supposed to be a glorious day!
Sunday Morning Broadway Beach Yoga 8:45am in Rocky Point (You can visit our amazing Rocky Point Farmer’s Market on the way home just on the other end of Broadway!)
Sunday Evening at 7:30pm our first Reiki Circle hosted by Amy & Annalee.
