Do not try to save
the whole world
or do anything grandiose.
Instead, create
a clearing…
in the dense forest
of your life
and wait there
patiently,
until the song
that is your life
falls into your own cupped hands
and you recognize and greet it.
Only then will you know
how to give yourself
to this world
so worthy of rescue.

Dear Yoga Students,
Read this poem over and over until it sinks in. This is Yoga, this is what it means to go within and have the patience to wait till the right action arises. This is how you will know how to give of yourself and be of service to those in your life in the best possible way. Within the rush of all the comings and goings, create that clearing and allow your song to sing itself through you, as you from where you are in this moment!

I would be interested in Wednesday, but can’t commit now – I have people coming and going almost every day. Need wood flooring, countertops from two different companies and kitchen sink. Should be okay after that! Joan
Hi,
I have been practicing yoga at Peconic River Yoga and am looking for a new studio. Kate recommended yours. Where are you located?
Thank you.
