Come to your practice in whatever state you may be in if possible. Chances are you will feel better after class then you did before. Remind yourself that All you have to do is show up and do your best. Being present and allowing for space in all the myriads of moods and energies teaches us the most precious lesson of yoga practice: To be with life on life’s terms instead of trying to run away. It teaches us to be present enough to see how things shift, change and ultimate resolve. Just keep moving forward even if that means we have to crawl.
