Yoga this Week – January 26, 2020

The Niyamas (the second limb of the eight fold yogic path) are given to us as tools for happiness, self-confidence and peace.  They are ways of cultivating an inside environment conducive to clear seeing, calm abiding and wisdom.  Powerful, simple but not always easy.  If you pay attention, many opportunities will arise for you to explore these powerful but simple ethical practices.  Small and subtle shifts in awareness create important changes over time.  Have fun with them!

  1. Hi, Amy. I wrote my name on the sheet for Friday bit I won’t be coming. See you the following week.

Have a great time with your family.

  2. Hi Amy,

I remember that you are on vacation but I just want to let you know that I can’t make tomorrow’s class (Friday) at 9:30. I forgot that we have the computer guys coming to the house.

    But I’ll see you Tuesday.

    Hari Om,

    Carolyn Kagan
