Yoga this Week – January 12, 2020

Watch out!  I’m extremely excited to be researching facilities for a Weekend Goddess Retreat coming Fall of 2020 – Details to follow

Greetings dearest yoga students,

Dignity, poise, kindness and compassion are the skills that yoga is meant to give us.  When you think about how your yoga practice is progressing, think not about how deep your forward bend is or how long you can hold a balance in tree pose; think on how present you are becoming in your life.  Are you becoming more patient, more calm, stronger and better able to face your problems?  Do you acknowledge how lucky and blessed you are to be alive?  Can you see how your behaviors can be a power of example to those around you?    These are the true markers of yoga; dignity and poise as you meet your day to day life head on.
