A FREE ESSENTIAL OIL ROLL on will accompany any Gift Certificates purchased before the end of the year!  Gift Certificates can be for any dollar amount and include class cards, private sessions, and reiki healings.  Certificates can be sent through the internet if you are not able to come in physically.

Its hard for me to take in the fact that next week will be our 10th Annual Winter Solstice Gathering!  Ten years of having all of your amazing energies in the yoga room to share this auspicious time of year.  This is one of my favorite gatherings and one I truly treasure. It not only celebrates the wonderful return of the sun but also honors the connection we have to each other in this community of like minded people. We come to our mats from all corners of life and various transitional stages.  We come to our classes, not only to empower our connection to our selves but, sometimes more importantly,  to connect and help empower each other! Coming in the New Year:  Monthly Satsang – Talks on Philosophy, Sacred Yogic Scriptures and how to apply these ancient teachings to our modern lives.
