Yoga this Week – March 25, 2018

“Your life is a sacred journey.  It is about change, growth, discovery, movement, transformation, continuously expanding your vision of what is possible, stretching your soul, learning to see clearly and deeply, listening to your intuition, taking courageous challenges at every step along the way.  You re on the path…exactly where you are meant to be right now …And from here, you can only go forward, shaping your life story into a magnificent tale of triumph of healing, of courage, of beauty, of wisdom, of power, of dignity, and of love”

                                                                                                          ~~Caroline Adams

Hoping this email finds you all well, enjoying this sacred journey we call our lives.  Contemplating this quote,  I am reminded of the great power in being still, being challenged, being opened and being free.  Stepping out of our comfort zone and embracing our vulnerability helps to expand our “vision of what is possible” in our lives.  Life itself is the greatest journey we will ever take.  It is an adventure into the unknown forest of emotions, into the complexity of our minds, the amazing resilience of our bodies, the flowing energy of relationships and most importantly, an adventure into that deep inner wellspring of compassion and love  from which all magnificent tales of triumph are born.

  1. Hi Amy! I would love to come to class Tuesday morning! Sadly, I have to cancel coming Thursday evening for restorative yoga. 😞 My daughter suddenly needs me in Boston to babysit. Can’t say no to time with my little grand baby! Sorry! Susan

  2. Hi Amy,
I will not be at the 7:15 class tomorrow night. I have to go to a wake. See you Thursday for restorative yoga.

    Thanks
    Melissa Russo
