Happy Father’s Day to all!  What a wonderful day to celebrate those wonderful beings we are blessed to call Fathers.  I know I have had one wonderful dad by birth but there have been a number of other “fathers” throughout my life that I honor and send gratitude to.  Some our relatives or friends but also there are those that have been father’s from a distance, either in books, songs, poems or classes.  Allow gratitude to fill your heart today and every day for all the fathers in your life.

Here’s my favorite “Father’s Day” song by Cat Stevens, click on the link to enjoy!!

I have ordered a few copies of “A Walk on the Beach” from Amazon for our group reading experience. I should have them in by Tuesday.  The cost is about $5 each book from Amazon.    We will try to get a date to meet in late July or early August to meet at Cedar Beach and discuss the book.

A new video featuring a gentle morning practice will be uploaded on the website tonight!  Its raw, its real and its very bright.  Hope you enjoy it!!

Our next Restorative Yoga & Acupuncture with Reiki and Essential Oils will be held Wednesday, August 3rd at 730pm.  Reservations require a prepayment of $60 to hold your spot.

Yoga and Kayaking Trip is tentatively set for Saturday, August 6th at approximately 12 – 4pm for the Nissequogue River in Smithtown.  We are renting from Bob’s Canoes & Kayaks 269-9761. More details will follow.  Let me know if you are interested as we need a minimum of 6 renters to get discounted rate.  Those with a personal boat can lauch from the state park (with entry fee).

Om Namah Shivaya!!

Chant this mantra to  remove the obstacles to your spiritual enfoldment and connect to all you are capable of becoming and all you are which is divinity itself!!
