Yoga this Week – December 28, 2015 – Special De-Tox Class Sunday, Jan 3rd

anjali mudra in lotusMay we have eyes to see the divinty amoung us
May we have ears to hear truth
May we have bodies to feel both the pleasure and the pain
May we have hearts that give and receive an infinite amount of love
and may  gratitude fill you everyday of the New Year!

Celebrate, dream and allow the empty pages of the year ahead be filled with a vision of hope, happiness, fufillment and abundance for yourself and your life.  The secret art of abundance is simple:  Cultivate contentment by truly seeing how much you already have.   Take some time before the clock strikes midnight on Thursday to reflect on the past year and honor the lessons you have learned and the people that brought them to you.  Whether the lessons were full of grief,  joy, empowerment,  acceptance, perserverence or undconditional love, they were brought to you for reasons that may be beyond your human understanding.   Be gentle with yourself and others by responding with compassion and non-judgemental acceptance; try to live the questions as our journey of self-discovery never ends but only grows deeper as hours turn into days and days turn into years and years turn into a life well lived.
