Join us for a beautiful sunset yoga class tonight at 7pm down at the NSPOA Beech Road Beach see Beach Yoga 2021

Friday morning Yoga in the Garden at 930am is a beginner friendly, gentle class which is also streamed on Zoom.  If you are coming to the yard, you do not have to register on Zoom.  To tune into the live stream click Friday Morning Gentle Yoga ZOOM 930am
