“Nothing is more fleeting than external form, which withers and alters like the flowers of the field at the appearance of autumn.

Dearest Yoga Students,
What a summer it has been. It’s hard to believe we are moving into Fall this week. Still holding the hand of summer we must now begin to embrace beautiful Fall as one season turns into the next. Nothing can stay. Yoga teaches us to align with the present moment, dissolve into it, aware and grateful for it; not coercing or abandoning what is happening right now where we are. Fall will come and so will Winter, but then Winter will be Spring (Special Announcement coming about Spring 2022) and Summer will be back. Let’s not wish our time away but allow this external form of life to ebb, flow and circle around again enjoying the ride.
Hoping the weather holds out for our Fall Equinox Fundraiser. If you can’t make it, feel free to donate to our cause; Friend’s Kitchen in Rocky Point. You can venmo me at https://venmo.com/Amy-Perri or bring cash to the event.
Hi, Amy. It always makes me nervous when someone says there will be a special announcement! I hope it’s something good for all of us. 😊
