“A community of friends becomes an extended family. These communities give us what we can call rituals of survival, ways to connect with others and hold our lives in place. No matter what age we are to be fully human we need to feel embedded in community.” Mary Pipher (excerpt from Women Rowing North)

Blessings on the Autumn Equinox!
As with nature, everything in our lives has its seasons and its cycles. It is so important to have a community where we can find grounding and support; “Rituals of survival” to hold our lives in place.

In this spirit, our Wednesday evening class will take on a new format. We will now be meeting once a month in a Woman’s Circle to practice with the feminine receptive energy of each full moon. Date will be posted each month. Spots will be limited so rsvp as soon as you can. So excited to create new themes and yoga practices for each month!

Hi Amy, I did yoga with you quite a while ago and would like to get back involved. I’m looking for a beginners class because I’m quite out of shape so wondering what your schedule for classes are. Thanks.
