Yoga is to calm the fluctuations of the mind so you can open the door to your inner self. You know when she (your inner self) shows up because you are suddenly unafraid, calm and you engage with the moment instead of trying to grasp or push away. You will also know when your inner self is guiding you in a posture because suddenly you are unafraid, calm and you engage with the flow of the pose not clinging or pushing it away. Begin to notice when you quiet the chattering mind, even for a moment or two, you may just have the sensation that you are exactly where you are meant to be and everything and everyone in your life is as well.Β This is moksha…freedom.
