Greetings my dear friends and comrads on this journey of life!
It’s been an interesting, challenging and clarifying Winter so far… but the light is returning and creativity is awakening! Like the snake sheds it’s skin it’s time to begin to shake off any heaviness accumulated and wiggle out of the old to something fresh and new.

Friday Morning Gentle Meditative Flow 1030 to 1145am

March 29th, 10 to 230pm Spring Renewal Half-Day Retreat Gentle Yoga, Restorative with Singing Bowls, Self-Inquiry, Labrynth Walk and Kitchen Experience-Lunch Included.
Registration Required $40 by 3-15 and $50 thereafter. Limited to 10 Students
