As we walked the Labyrinth on World Labyrinth day we recognized how important it is to have a sacred space to go to to step out of the normal everyday and step into a an alternative way of being. To shift and focus your mind onto what’s truly important in life; to find peace, companionship, gratitude and respite. I adore sharing my sacred spaces with all of you for You are what helps to make it so!

Awaken- to Rouse from sleep. To have cause to stop sleeping
Bloom- to mature into one’s potential and shine
Nourish- to encourage and cultivate growth and abundance
Flourish- to grow in a healthy or vigorous way especially as a result of a favorable environment

Greetings dear friends,
Spring has sprung and our hearts are opening up like Lotus flowers in the morning sun. Our Spring Awakening Mini-Retreat was a beautiful expression of what can happen when our sangha comes together in community!
Together we awaken with the potential to bloom. We nourish ourselves and in turn we flourish as a community and individuals with the ability to lift each other up as well as the community at large.

Tuesday Morning 1030am Vinyasa Flow
Friday Morning 1030am Gentle Yoga
Tuesday Evening at the NSPL 530PM

My Delicate Spring

Feel free to bring anything that makes you happy along with your drum. If you don’t have a drum, no problem I have extra percussion. If you have a camp chair it may be helpful!
