Greetings dear yoga students,

This beautiful place of refuge, meditation, prayer and, of course, homemade bread, will be closing as the brothers are no longer able to maintain the property.  The full moon labyrinth walk is something I have been wanting to do for a long time and I do not want to miss this last opportunity.   With the full moon on the rise,  it is the perfect time to walk the labyrinth.  Below is a link for more information about tonight’s event and the website which can offer you a history on labyrinths, as well as the Friary itself.    If you were planning on coming to yoga class tonight, why not join me in this beautiful practice at the Friary 7 to 9pm.
