Join Amy and Friends as they blend rhythms and harmonies in the ancient practice of Kirtan – Kirtan is a call and response form of singing that creates calmness of mind, connection to spirit and joy of heart! The practice of Kirtan or Japa, the repetition of sacred mantras, has been used in cultures all over the world to clear the mind of clutter in order to tune into a higher vibration, plus, it’s fun! No musical experience necessary, all that is needed is an open mind and heart.
“Chanting has the ability to calm the mind, break down barriers and open the channel to the divine love and grace that is always vibrating around and within us. Let go of your inhibitions and tap into the divine flow of sacred Chant!
