Greetings Yoga Enthusiasts,
It has been a whirlwind of a summer so far. I hope you are taking it all in and being with each moment as it comes, embracing the shifts and changes, floating and moving with the ever changing tides of your life.
Our book talk was both enlightening and fun. Thank you to those who came with insights, laughter and honesty. It was so much fun!! We are planning to do another group book read after the New Year.
Pool Yoga was a Huge Hit
If you haven’t seen it already, check out my article on “Asmita:Egoism” that was published in the Long Island Yoga Association Newsletter this month. I will be presenting a Chanting-Yoga with Live Music Workshop for LIYA In November, heres the link. http://myemail.constantcontact.com/Summer-2016-Satsang–from-Long-Island-Yoga-Association.html?soid=1102150928431&aid=jX9Ga-xZA9w

Watch for Spontaneous Pool Yoga Classes popping up. It has been a wonderful experience, taking yoga into different spaces and elements and a great way to refresh your practice and have some fun!! When the moment arises and the stars align I will be putting it on the schedule a couple more times before summers end.
Come visit me this Sunday from 11 to 1 at Studio E’s Fall Registration Party (11-4). This is an open house with a number of different local vendors offering discounts, items for sale and information. Our Own Dana Costarelli will be there with her Rock Collection and Reiki Offers as well. Studio E is located at 565 25A in Miller Place. This is local gem and worth checking out!!! I will be offering discounts on class cards, private sessions including reiki energy work and Reiki I Attunements if purchased during the Registration Party. http://www.studioeartclass.com/home.html
