Yoga this Week - February 12, 2012

Greetings dear yoga students,

Hope this day finds you honoring your inner light, even though the darkness abounds all around us.  Honor the seasons, the coming and going of light and be present.    Have the awareness to savor the sights, sounds, and aromas of each passing day as we move towards the darkest day of the year.

Much gratitude for you all as this community we have shared is one of the greatest gifts that yoga has given me.

Holiday Contest! Now until the end of January  Every time you come to class,   your name  goes into a drawing for a Reiki Healing Session with oils and sound vibration.  Don’t let the busyness of the season take your practice away!

  1. Hi Amy,
I’ve missed the past 2 Fridays as my back went out. I hope to return after the Thanksgiving holiday. I just wanted to wish you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving 🦃

  2. Amy ; It doesn’t look like reservations are necessary, but JoAnne + I are planning to be at the solstice celebration.
