No Friday Morning Class this Week!

Due to my Equinox Goddess Yoga Retreat in Shelter Island this upcoming weekend, there will be no Friday Morning Class this week.  Thank you to Vivian for reminding me that I will be away, haha!  Hope to see you either Tuesday Morning, Wednesday Evening or on the beautiful shores of Shelter Island.
