Friday morning (1/5/18) class cancelled

Due to The Frigid icy weather,  tomorrow morning’s class is cancelled. However I will be holding class Saturday morning at 10 a.m. for our New Year’s detox flow appropriate for all levels. Let me know if you would like to join us.
