• What Reiki is, a brief history, and its common application
• How Reiki is transmitted, hand placements and how to do a healing
• An overview of the chakra and Nadi system and how it interacts with Reiki
• How to clear your own energy before and after treatments
• You will be attuned to Reiki Level One, so you can apply these techniques to channel energy to yourself and others
• We will give and receive reiki to each other for practice and integration
