A Retreat for Busy Women

Renew your whole self with a weekend designed to both elicit peace and inspire growth. No distractions, no demands, just time to reflect and renew. Magic happens when women come together in community away from there busy lives.
Adventure begins Friday afternoon and concludes Sunday midday. All meals, activities and lodging included. Lodging consists of semi-private rooms with private balconies, twin beds & shared baths.

Early bird Cost of Entire Weekend is $320 if paid in full by May 1st. $360 thereafter if space allows.
Silver Lake Retreat Center is located 90 minutes from the Bridgeport Ferry. We will be organizing carpools to drive up!.

Retreat Includes
Yoga & Meditation for all Levels, Creative Exploration Activities, Hiking, Deep Relaxation Practices, Healthy Meals, Fire Ceremony & Free Time to explore. All activities are optional. Do as much or as little as you like. Silver Lake Conference Center is located in the beautiful northwest corner of Connecticut. Waterfall Chapel, Lake Sunsets and the peace and quiet of the forest await you.
