Greetings dearest yoga students,
Hope this email finds you enjoying the changing landscape as we move deeper into Fall. Get outdoors as much as you possibly can. Nature allows us to connect to that timeless self we can easily loose sight of among the never ending commitments, appointments and to do lists that bombard our days. It is imperative to take time to nurture your spirit, creativity and freedom; your well being depends on it.
Speaking of well being, I have decided to forgo having any students physically present in the yoga room. It just does not feel like the right thing to do at this time. As weather forces everyone indoors more often, the risk of spreading germs increases. I hope you all understand there is nothing more I would like than to see you in person for your practice. The outdoor classes will continue as long as we can and I plan to stream all classes on zoom. When outdoor classes become impossible, I have a plan to put a Yoga Walk Talk Meditation Practice on the schedule on Wednesday afternoons.
