Even if you stray a thousand and one times, keep coming back to the truth of who you really are. Keep coming back to the eternal, internal essence of you. Keep coming back to what you know to be true; that the compassion and love you hold in your heart is meant as much for you as for every living being. Keep Coming Back.

Much gratitude to everyone who checked in on me! It’s been quite a challenging time around here. My hip is healing nicely and my husband is steadily returning to his sweet self. It is in the most challenging times that our practice is there for us. All the tools we have learned come to the surface when we need them if we keep coming back to them. Tried and true they help us cope, be present and free up our energy for what needs to be done. Acceptance, awareness and gratitude arise whenever we make the choice to come back.
