Yoga this Week – March 13, 2022

Please note: Tuesday’s class will begin at 10am this week

“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”

 Brene Brown

Connection.  Interdependence.  Strength.  Love.  Acceptance. Understanding. Non-judgment…..These are the things that sustain us. To be seen in all our frailty or strength. To acknowledge the truth about ourselves in a trusting safe space, whether we are falling down in a heap or bravely facing our obstacles is tremendously liberating for us but also for those that bear witness.  Today, value the energy of connection with those around you.  Support them in such a way that empowers them.  Bring your full attention when someone is speaking to you and let them be seen and heard.  Let yourself be seen and heard and allow yourself to be sustained by the deep connections you have in your life; your connection with nature, others, your divine power, and yourself.
