Summer’s here!  Hope you all enjoy the beautiful weekend celebrating all the fathers in our lives!  It is fitting the Summer Solstice follows Father’s Day as the Sun is the active, masculine energy of fire vital in our lives to encourage and empower us. 

Due to the school regents testing  I will not be able to teach on Tuesday morning this week.

There will be Beach yoga on Wednesday evening at 6:45 p.m. as well as Friday morning in the yoga room at 10:30 a.m.
