Greetings on these last days of 2025!

Below I posted the link for my “Pajama Practice” (with all my funny mistakes and crackled voice 🤣) that I recorded in March of 2020.

As I was looking for inspiration this morning, I found this video and was a student of myself.  It was interesting to look at myself five years ago and discover that I’m, and my life, have changed in ways I couldn’t have imagined. The self I was then could never know all the  growth that she was to go through.

During those long months of isolation  I immersed myself in my yoga studies and practice. It sustained me and helped me create that calm center for my family as well. It is an important reminder from my former self that yoga is a way of life to be nurtured and counted on in times of stress and in times of joy.

The reading I read in this video is one to meditate on and live by; to be transparent when faced with difficulties, loss or unexpected changes. “because we do not know what divine plan is in effect”  it’s a 48 minute gentle practice. Let me know what you think. Love to hear your input!

Greetings on this lovely Winter Solstice Evening,

As we move into the winter season, it is a time to hold dear all the precious people that journey on life’s path beside us. It is friendship, family, and connection that lights the heart’s flame in these darkest days.

I am beyond grateful for all of you who grace me with your beautiful Spirits. To hold space for our Sangha (community of the heart) is one of my greatest pleasures. My sincere wish for all of you is that you find peace, purpose and joy as the wheel of the year turns towards the LIGHT!

Namaste dear friends,

Read this poem over and over until it sinks in.  This is Yoga, this is what it means to go within and have the patience to wait till the right action arises. Within the rush of all the comings and goings, create that clearing and listen to your precious life’s song guiding you on.

I love this time of year and I love this Gathering to celebrate not only the Turning of the season but to celebrate each and every one of you and the energy that you bring into your practice and our Sangha. In an effort to practice Karma Yoga, The Yoga of Selfless Service,  please consider bringing a food pantry item for our collection for those less fortunate than us.
