No beach tonight class is in Yoga Room 630pm

Namaste Friends,
When practice is calling you and you can’t make it out to a class, a short practice at home always does the trick. I recorded this session last summer and really like it. I hope you do too! (PS: Its very interesting being taught by a teacher that is yourself, haha) if the above link does not work I posted an alternative link at the bottom.

Class is on for this Friday at 1030am. Watch for the next Moon Circle coming soon. Hope to see you in the realm of the real!
Namaste,
Amy

Greetings my yoga friends
It has been an amazing two weeks learning, teaching and discovering a fresh outlook, both internally and externally. It’s so important to do things in your life that stretch and expand a sense of yourself and the world around you.
I am so very happy to come home and be able to share some of what I’ve learned about yoga, meditation, being silent, interacting without words (very few English speaking people) and teaching in various settings; in the pool, on the grass and in the sand.

My time at Kripalu Yoga Center with Rolf Gates incorporated a few days of complete silence; meditating while sitting, standing, walking and practicing asana. Suffice to say it was life-changing, however, sticking with the practice while home, with all of life’s inevitable demands is where it really matters. Now as I’m home folding laundry I say: Atah Yoga: Yoga begins Now!

Hope to see you this week as we resume our regular classes

Let us meditate on the light of the sun which shines on the earth, sky and the space that represents the divine power and giver of life. May this powerful light illuminate our intellect to make the right decisions at the right time for the good of all beings. May this divine energy lead us on our true, right path
Peace ✌️

Good morning friends
Due to the wet conditions we will not be doing a labyrinth walk before class this morning. When the weather is beautiful and accommodating we will begin our classes with a labyrinth walk which will last roughly 10 minutes and then head down to the yoga room.
If the Labyrinth walk does not appeal to you you are free to go down to the yoga room and enjoy the peace and quiet and we will join you shortly.

I hope to see you this morning and if not have a wonderful, beautiful weekend. Enjoy every moment
Shanti!
Amy
