Vinyasa Flow Training begins this Saturday, April 13th

Hari Om on this beautiful Spring Day!!!

Beginning on April 13th I will be leading a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Darshana Center in Babylon.  This training is open to all aspiring Yoga Teachers and Continuing Education Credits are available.  Click on the link for more information.  http://www.yogadarshanacenter.com/events.html to sign up.  Details below.

You do not have to sign up for entire training but you can sign up for individual modules any time…this vinyasa module is 12 hours in length, One Saturday and two Wednesday evenings

Vinyasa Flow Training Program

                    In this section of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training we will explore the basic principles of teaching a vinyasa flow class which will include:

– Defining vinyasa and its role in a yoga class

– Linking breath to movement – Lines of the body and how they interact in the flow – Sequencing postures in a basic vinyasa class

– Class timing, pacing and music

– Considerations for beginners

                    The training will consist of a combination of lecture, experiential learning and  presentations. You will leave this training with the confidence and information                     to lead a well-balanced basic vinyasa class.

Saturday, April 13th / 10:15 – 4:45 pm

Wednesday, April 17th / 6:30pm – 9:30pm

Wednesday, May 1st / 6:30pm – 9:30pm

Cost: $144 / 12 CE’s / Sign up is required
