Gentle Hatha Yoga & Guided Meditation Series – Three Thursdays at 10am beginning on March 12th
Join Amy Perri, eRYT500 for a 75 minute class that begins with gentle yoga postures, guided meditation and concludes with relaxation. Yoga postures were designed thousands of years ago to release stress and tension in the body so the practitioner would be able achieve stillness of mind in meditation. More and more research is surfacing on the many benefits of a meditation and yoga so if you have ever been curious about these ancient practices, this is the perfect class for you. Let go of the long, dark days of winter and allow this special session prepare you for the beautiful season of Spring.
All levels welcome. Cost to Patron is $14 for all Sessions. Open to Non-Residents beginning March 3rd.
