Namaste on this chilly day. Please be aware that we are canceling tomorrow morning’s class at Caruso’s due to the forthcoming windy evening with rain that may worsen towards morning.  Sorry if this caused you any inconvenience.

I hope that you can make it next Sunday. It is supposed to be a beautiful weekend for us to have yoga in the courtyard.  Dave Debenedetto will be joining us with his guitar.  Remember; these classes help raise much needed funds for the Invited Inn in our own community.
