Greetings on the chilly first day of October. Just a reminder that our evering class is now being held on Thursday nights at 7pm, and today is Thursday! Let me know if you plan on coming if you haven’t already.
This Sunday we have a special guest musician, Dave Benedetto serenading us with his sweet guitar playing at Caruso’s for Yoga. Sunday morning Yoga at Caruso’s courtyard will be an on going class where 20% of all proceeds will go to the Invited Inn Soup Kitchen in Rocky Point. In the event of inclement weather, we will move our yoga indoors to a peaceful space where we will be kept dry and warm.
Never hurts to check your messages or facebook in the event of cancellation of any classes before heading out. .

I am not a Young Living distributor but I do get my oils from mostly jade bloom and some from doterra. Pure, theraputdic grade. Can I get you any? I’d be happy to help
