This class will be for those new to yoga, seasoned practitioners that would like to go back to basics or for those who simply feel a gentler class is most appropriate due to physical, emotional or spiritual issues. The class will consist of pranayama (breath practices), gentle yoga postures, philosophy and meditation/relaxation.
