**Holiday Contest begins this Week – New Year Beginner Series Sign Ups – Gift Certificates Available for Classes, Privates and Healing Sessions**

Greetings dearest yoga students,

Hoping you are going with the flow and taking the path of least resistance creating a calm,  accepting energy as you walk through your days.

In order to help inspire you to keep up your practice during the busy holiday season I am giving away one private session!   Every time you come to class, enter your name in the box for a drawing that will take place in January.  Of course, the more your name appears in the box the more chances you have to win.  You can use this session for yoga asana, reiki, aromatherapy, philosophy or chanting; or a combination of any of the latter.  You can also share or give the session to someone you would like to introduce to yoga.  Its yours to do with what you wish.
