 Greetings Deareast Yoga Students,

Cultivate your yogic fire in the hot house of practice  and shine your light so that others may find their way out of the dark.  Be true, be vigilant, be open, be strong, be loving and calm.  Do all you can in your own life to nurture clarity of mind, calmness of spirit and strength of heart.  Take that quiet time to cultivate these qualities and clarify your intentions in your inner environment  so you can so effect the outer environment with the right decisions at the right time for the good of all involved.

In Peace,

Amy
