Three Part Meditation Series begins on January 30th at 7pm at the North Shore Public Library – Call the library to sign up – You do not have to be a card holder
Monthly Support Group for Families with children on the Spectrum begins in February27th. This group is run at the North Shore Youth Council from 630 to 8pm on the fourth Monday of every month and facilitated by me with guest speakers on tap.
