Yoga Hike in Avalon Park
Saturday, June 2nd at 10am
We are planning to meet at the corner of Harbor Road and Main Street at 945am. Parking is available along Main Street or, if you are lucky, there are a few spots next to the Grist Mill across from the pond on Harbor Road. Give yourself extra time to park. We will begin our hike promptly at 10am! Weather looks good.
Join me and our yoga kula for a lovely Spring Walk Through the beautiful and amazing Avalon Park in Stony Brook. We will meditate along the labyrinth and strike our poses among the trees, ponds and paths in the woods
