Yoga in the Studio tonight & a beautiful message from Lisa!

Rain is coming AGAIN so yoga class will be in the studio tonight at 715pm.  Let me know if you will make it!

Here’s beautiful Lisa and the message she sent me yesterday after class.

“My doctor gave me a prescription for physical therapy if I needed it. After this morning I realized that our practice is physical therapy,mental therapy,aromatherapy and friendship therapy💜😊”

I love this and she’s absolutely right. Yoga class infuses all those elements so we leave feeling connected, plugged in and loved! — at Yoga with Amy.
