It comes with a heavy heart that I have decided to cancel all the classes in light of the Governor’s new announcement that all “non-essentials” close their doors by 8pm tonight. Furthermore, Yoga Alliance (the international registry of all certified yoga teachers) has strongly suggested that we refrain from all “face to face” instruction.
Of course, we do not consider our yoga classes “non-essential”, in fact, I think I would shrivel up and wither away without our Sangha (yoga community) and my practice!
Take heart, I plan on doing a Facebook Live class and uploading more meditations and videos to my You Tube Channel. If you subscribe to Amy’s You Tube Channel you will be notified every time I put something up. I am also planning on taking a nice walk on Wednesday morning. If you would like to get together we can meet at a chosen spot, keep our distance and take a walk with some yoga along the way. Let me know if you would like to do this and we will arrange the details. If this works out, we can do it more often.
