Dearest yoga students,

Bring all you have to your practice.  All your fear, anguish and loneliness and watch them dissolve.  We come our mats one way and leave refreshed and renewed, like a long walk on the beach or an unexpected rain through the sun.  Bring all you have, give your practice your full attention and watch your mind, body and spirit be set Free!
