Yoga this Week – September 7, 2020

“It is the wilderness in
the mind, the desert wastes in the heart through which one wanders lost and a stranger. When one is a
stranger to oneself then one is estranged from others too. If one is out of touch with oneself, then one
cannot touch others.”
Anne Morrow Lindbergh, Gift from the Sea

Greetings Dearest Friends,

The need for solitude and time to pursue creative endeavors is so very important to the journey inward, to discover, befriend and cultivate your relationship to yourself.  This is also key  in the practice of  accepting and embracing changes in relationships, in life’s circumstances and in the world at large.  When we are intimate with our inner being, we can find the grounding, gratitude and joy within that we crave to find healing and wholeness which enables us to accept instead of resist life’s circumstances with grace.  So this Labor Day, give yourself some time and space to get in touch with you.  Be  with yourself without placing any demands or lofty outcomes.  Let go of having to accomplish and just allow your inner child to play, relax and just be.

  3. Amy the email below I sent to you on 9/7 responding to your initial invitation. I’m guessing you didn’t get it or it got lost in your other emails. You can see it was dated 9/7. I’m coming with Janice and Suesan but I never got your confirmation. I do know it’s a fundraiser. That’s great I’m happy to contribute. Is it possible for me to come? I did rsvp right away🙏 Rory
