“You don’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows”
Bob Dylan
Ajna chakra is the center of intuition, wisdom and visionary seeing. Before checking with the weather man to see which way your winds are blowing, check in with yourself. Take a moment to honor your innate ability to make the right decision before you reach out beyond your own center.

No Tuesday morning this week
“Those that are wise let every action be free from the desires of material gain or pleasure; let all desire for results be burned in the fire of Divine knowledge; devote work to the work itself”
Verse 19 The Bhagavad Gita
Greetings dear ones,
Practicing yoga with a desire to achieve something or receive something, we set ourselves up for failure or disappointment because results are not guaranteed. Practicing for the joy of it, we are able to move out of the doing and into the being in practice. To be one with the moment, the pose, the person, the place is the goal of yoga. Allow your ego and material desires to be burnt in the fire of divine knowledge and experience freedom to just be you.
Greetings friends,
I hope you are enjoying the season of summer. It goes so fast and we try to treasure each day as best we can. In revisiting “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success” by Deepak Chopra, today I focus on the Law of Least Effort by applying Acceptance, Responsibility and Defenseless. By coming to terms with the way things are in the moment, taking responsibility by not blaming yourself or others for the current situation but not feeling the need to defend your point of view, you remain open to new ways of seeing what is happening…..we find the path of least resistance and least effort. In short, we find peace!
The only class this week will be Friday Morning Gentle Yoga at 930am. In person and on Zoom.
930am Gentle Friday Morning Yoga
Namaste and much peace to you

Namaste just a reminder that tomorrow morning class starts at 9 AM
Also for those of you planning ahead…
There will be no Tuesday morning class, or Wednesday beach yoga next week
It’s midsummer and I’m catching all the waves I can!

Please make a note that Friday morning’s class will begin at 9 AM And end at 10 15 for this week

When you do yoga postures,
surrender to the moment,
be in the moment,
don`t worry about wether
you can touch your
toes or not,
just experience the process.
Then try to carry this attitude
into the rest of your day,
away from tension,
guilt and anxiety.
Experience is the door
to the here and now.
Amrit Kala
Hope you all are finding that door to the here and now by immersing yourself in the experience, the process or the particular cycle that you happen to be in. It’s in the letting go that we find the peace we seek

Zoom & in Person
