Yoga this Week – Regular Schedule Resumes – December 28, 2013

Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.

Mother Theresa

Hari Om Dearest Yoga Students,

The end of the year is upon us.  It is a time of deep reflection for most.  A time to look back with compassion and illuminate  the path we have walked.  This time is a unique opportunity to reflect, accept and let go.  You have changed, you have been changed by the experiences you have traveled through and the obstacles you have been confronted with; you do not need to hold on for the past will always be part of who you are today.   The most important thing we can do is learn and let it go.  In order to live the life we are meant to live, we must make space by releasing the past.  If you find yourself holding on, bless whatever situation you are at odds with, trust that all of it was destined to happen and let yourself move forward, you will move forward non the less, so why not go with the flow of your life.  All we have is NOW…Let us begin

  1. Hi Amy , I would like to attend the lecture and meditation with Brian Miller Jan. 17. Would you please check to see if I have a class card and how much is on it? It was a while ago and I am not sure but think I had didn’t use it or much of it. I found I can’t participate in the classes. I have to really pay attention to my body after four surgeries and other stuff. So joyfully I practice on my own and try to attend the sangha offerings you have to stay connected with the wonderful group of yoginis. Please let me know if I can use any remaining balance from my card to cover this event. I also wish to thank you for a beautiful winter solstice celebration and the inspiring messages on you emails. I look forward to reading them eveyweek and share them with others. A peaceful and healthy happy new year to you and your family. Namaste, Cindy Crockford
