Yoga this Week – March 2, 2014

When you do yoga postures, surrender to the moment, be in the moment, don`t worry about weather you can touch your toes or not, just experience the process.
Then try to carry this attitude into the rest of your day, away from tension, guilt and anxiety.
Experience is the door to the here and now.

Experience the process.  Everything is a  process.  The process is the road we walk from here to there.  When we are truly present as our life unfolds, worry, tension, guilt and anxiety take a back seat.  Surrender to this moment, try not to try too hard to shape it into something it is not or something you think it should be.  The process will reveal more of what you are supposed to learn, what you need to do and where this path you are on is leading.  Let go and allow yourself to simply experience the process (even if it is a difficult one).  knowing with true presence and awareness, the road you walk is leading you to higher ground.

  3. Amy ; I’m a bit confused. I want to attend the Chanting/Flow class at Jewel of the Lotus. It’s not on their website, so I left a phone message, + a couple of days later sent an e~mail. The e~mail response was “great, try to come a bit early”. Just got a voice mail response to my phone call saying that the Chanting/Yoga is Friday night + Sunday morning is some kind of angel reading class. When should I show up ? Bob
